“Hope” is the thing with feathers – (314)

by Emily Dickinson

Hello everyone. It seems you’ve found your way to the web extension of the word magnet poetry project. Here is the place where you can see submitted poems the Uni community has created using the word magnets. As is written nearby the board itself, I will be raffling off a $10 itunes gift card to one of (hopefully) many prospective lots. All you need to do to enter this drawing is create a poem using the word magnets on the board and submit a photo of it to me, I will then post it on this website. Be creative. The point of this project is to have tactile fun with words, so don’t worry about its quality. You won’t have control over the available words, anyways. If you would like to be entered in the drawing, write an identifying tag to go along with your photo, and I will choose from among those monikers. As a side note, you can let me know if you don’t want your name to appear next to your photo.

You can look forward to the first “complete poem” photos arriving soon.
